Bar Harel

Bar Harel is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Moovit since July 2018, responsible for managing the employee life-cycle while aligning HR strategies with business needs. Prior roles include HR and Talent Acquisition Manager at Moovit and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Gett, where expertise in recruitment strategies and collaboration with hiring managers was demonstrated. Experience also includes community relations at Applied Materials, focusing on volunteering programs, and a leadership role as Community Commander in the Israel Defense Forces, where training programs were developed for pre-military service.
