Steve Pearce

Steve 'Buzz' Pearce is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in product design, spanning over two decades. Currently serving as VP of Product Design at monday.com, Steve is responsible for leading product design and developing a multi-product strategy. As a founding partner at Future London, Steve contributes to the curriculum of the Executive programme and teaches modules. Previous roles include VP Design at TravelPerk and Checkout.com, where Steve built and led multidisciplinary design teams. With a rich background including positions at Microsoft, Skype, and Skyscanner, Steve has consistently focused on human-centered design, innovation, and leading diverse teams in various global markets. Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic & Interactive Design from Bath Spa University.
