Kanika Kaura

Kanika Kaura is a dedicated environmental professional with a strong background in customer service and technical support. Currently serving as a Customer Success Coordinator at EcoVadis since May 2023, Kanika has previously held roles as a Client Service Analyst and Client Service Representative at Environment, Conservation and Parks from May 2020 to April 2023, where valuable communication skills were developed by managing a variety of inquiries related to environmental regulations. Kanika's experience includes providing technical support as a Student IT Helpdesk Support Representative at the University of Toronto Scarborough and participating in clinical operations at Boehringer Ingelheim, focusing on blockchain technology in clinical trials. Educational achievements include a Master of Environmental Science and a Specialist in Environmental Biology, both from the University of Toronto. Kanika is also involved with Monday Girl as a member since February 2024.
