Esteban Garcia Leaño is an experienced professional in mechanical engineering and product support, currently serving as the Product Support and Training Manager and previously as a Product Support Engineer at Terberg Taylor Americas LLC since August 2022. Prior to that, Esteban held various leadership roles at Bioenergy S.A.S, including Plant Mills and Industrial Maintenance Chief, Plant Industrial Maintenance Chief, and Plant Mechanical Maintenance Chief from April 2021 to April 2022. Esteban co-founded Spike Outdoors Equipment, where responsibilities included brand design and community management from June 2019 to April 2021, focusing on outdoor gear for travelers. Additionally, Esteban co-founded G&G Industries, implementing user-friendly accessories for motorcyclists, and briefly worked as a bilingual customer service agent at Teleperformance Colombia in late 2019. Esteban began professional experience as a Production Engineer at ACUSTEC DE COLOMBIA S.A.S in mid-2018. Esteban obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes from 2013 to 2018.
