Austin Freeman

Austin oversees Monday Properties’ 4.5 million square foot portfolio in Northern Virginia, and is responsible for executing and coordinating its operational, asset management and leasing activities.

Prior to joining Monday Properties in 2009, Austin spent 10 years with Tishman Speyer where he worked in a diverse set of markets, including New York City, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Seattle. He also worked at Arthur Anderson & Co in its real estate consulting practice, providing institutional clientele with underwriting, financial analysis, and due diligence support for large scale CMBS transactions. Throughout his 25 year career, Austin has established himself as a well-rounded commercial real estate professional, having worked on numerous joint venture and disposition and recapitalization transactions, capital raising and global fund management initiatives, financing, leasing, and asset management functions.

Austin is a graduate of Ithaca College and earned a Master’s degree in Real Estate from New York University.
