John Wharton

John is responsible for the leasing of Monday Properties’ 4.5 million square foot Northern Virginia office portfolio.

Prior to joining Monday Properties, John was a leasing Director for Equity Office Properties where he was the primary leasing agent responsible for Equity Office’s Northern Virginia portfolio. He has over 20+ years of experience in the real estate industry.

Mr. Wharton received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Vermont. He is a Board Member of NAIOP’s Northern Virginia chapter, serves on the board of The Arlington Real Estate Group and an active member of Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Association (CREBA).
