Aurora Lee Catu has extensive work experience in human resources, holding various managerial and specialist roles. Aurora Lee currently serves as the Site People Operations Lead at Monde Nissin Corporation since August 2021. Prior to their current position, they worked as an HR Manager at One Food Group from February 2017 to March 2020, and at Pepsi-Cola Products Philippines Inc.(PCPPI) from August 2012 to December 2016. Aurora Lee also held the position of HR Officer- Account Management at Jollibee Foods Corporation from July 2011 to July 2012. Before that, they worked as an HR Officer at LINDE PHILIPPINES INC. from September 2007 to March 2011. Furthermore, they gained experience as a Training & Recruitment Specialist at FIRST SUMIDEN CIRCUITS, INC. from May 2004 to September 2007 and as a Search Consultant at Jobstreet.com Philippines from April 2003 to April 2004. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Recruitment/Employee Relations Associate at Honda Cars Makati, Inc. from October 2001 to March 2003, and as a Recruitment/Training Assistant at Fujitsu Computer Products Phils. Inc. from June 1999 to September 2001.

Aurora Lee Catu completed their Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Bachelor of Arts in Guidance & Counseling at St. Scholastica's College, Manila from 1995 to 1999. Aurora Lee then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at Angeles University Foundation from 2010 to 2014.
