Nina Perpetua D. Aguas

Nina Perpetua D. Aguas, 69, serves as an Independent Director of the Company. She also currently serves as the chairman of the boards of The Insular Life Assurance Co. Ltd., Insular Healthcare Inc., Insular Foundation, Inc., and Bank of Florida, and as a director of Unionbank of the Philippines. She is a member of World Bank Group’s Advisory Council on Gender and Development, and a trustee in the Insurance Institute for Asia and Pacific. She received her Bachelor of Science in Commerce, Accounting from the University of Santo Tomas.
