Ramonette Cailles

Ramonette Cailles has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Ramonette started their career as an Instructor of Microbiology at the University of the Philippines from 1991 to 1993. Ramonette then moved on to work at Kraft Foods Group, where they held various roles including Quality Control Microbiologist, Production Dispensary Coordinator, Plant RM/PM and Dispensary Supervisor, FG Warehouse and Distribution Supervisor, Customer Service Manager, and National Key Accounts Sales Manager from 1993 to 2012.

In 2012, Ramonette joined Mondelēz International and continued to excel in their career. Ramonette took on roles such as Customer and Logistic Manager Operations Manager Philippines, Customer Order to Cash Tower Asia Pacific, Customer Service and Logistics Snr Manager Philippines, Customer Service COE Asia Pacific Middle East Africa Associate Director, and Customer Service and Logistics Associate Director South East Asia from 2012 to 2020. Their most recent position was as the Head of Growth, Innovation, and Supply Network at Monde Nissin Corporation, starting in November 2020.

Throughout their career, Ramonette has gained valuable experience in customer service, logistics, sales, and management. Their expertise in these areas make their a highly qualified and experienced professional in the industry.

Ramonette Cailles earned a Bachelor of Science degree in BS Biology, majoring in Microbiology, from the University of the Philippines from 1987 to 1991.
