Solomon Devavaram has over 20 years of work experience in HR and talent acquisition roles. Currently, they are the Head of Human Resources - Senior Director at Mondee Holdings, Inc. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Talent Acquisition - Senior Director at GSPANN Technologies, Inc. from 2021 to 2023. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Leader at Sunera Technologies, Inc. (SuneraTech). Before that, they held the position of Global Talent Acquisition Leader at Pactera EDGE from 2018 to 2020.
In 2016, Solomon worked at Microsoft in a talent acquisition role. Solomon also has extensive experience at Hitachi Consulting (Sierra Atlantic software services) as a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition from 2007 to 2016. In this role, they were responsible for implementing and validating talent quality group processes, implementing a cost-effective sourcing strategy, and managing offshore and onsite hires.
Prior to their role at Hitachi Consulting, Solomon worked as a Manager HR Recruitments at Alliance Consulting (Fusion Technologies) from 2003 to 2007. Solomon started their career as an HR Executive at Quest Syscon International in 2001.

Solomon Devavaram completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Osmania University, studying from 1993 to 1996. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources (HR) from the same university, attending from 1997 to 1999.
