Carolina Menezes

Carolina Menezes is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in HR leadership roles across prominent companies. At Mondelēz International, Carolina served as the Senior HR Director for US Operations and External Manufacturing, previously holding the title of Human Resources Director. Prior to this, Carolina was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Vigor, overseeing all HR subsystems, union management, and health and safety. Carolina's tenure at Mars included roles as Human Resources Director and Head of Human Resources, where key responsibilities encompassed leading organizational change efforts, compensation strategy implementation, and developing well-being programs.
