Catherine Hillerby

Catherine Hillerby possesses extensive experience in supply chain management, primarily within the food industry. Currently serving as People Lead for European Supply Chain and Customer Service & Logistics at Mondelēz International since June 2012, Catherine has held various leadership roles, including Transformation Lead for Integrated Supply Chain in EU Confectionary and Head of Demand & Fulfilment for Northern Europe. Previously, Catherine was an Integration Manager at Kraft Foods, overseeing the customer service and logistics integration post-Kraft Cadbury merger. Catherine began their career at Cadbury Schweppes, progressing from Production Programmer to Global Procurement Development Manager, where key contributions included developing global capability strategies and enhancing procurement processes. Education includes an MSc in Logistics & Supply Chain Management from Cranfield School of Management and a BSc (Hons) in Geography from the University of Leeds.
