Cuitlahuac Rosales A. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain excellence and manufacturing operations. Currently serving as Supply Chain Excellence Director for NALA at Mondelēz International since January 2020, Cuitlahuac also holds the title of Supply Chain Excellence Leader for Mexico. Previous roles include TPM Regional Leader at Owens Corning, where the focus was on coaching and implementing total productive maintenance across manufacturing sites in Mexico and Central USA. As Managing Director at PICAC Consulting, Cuitlahuac directed consulting for manufacturing industries in safety, quality systems, continuous improvement, and supply chain. Notably, a long tenure at Procter & Gamble allowed Cuitlahuac to lead various departments, achieving significant improvements in manufacturing processes.
