Dawn Gassmere

Dawn Gassmere is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change management and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Mondelez Digital Services & Change at Mondelēz International since September 2014, Gassmere leads change strategies for the Information Technology & Solutions function, collaborating with the CIO and leadership team to guide transformation for over 800 global colleagues. Prior roles include Management Consultant at Slalom Consulting, where Gassmere facilitated change agendas across various industries, and Change Management Manager at Accenture, focusing on global change strategies for internal IT. Gassmere's career began as a Human Resources Assistant at Colonial Healthcare, supporting HR functions. Gassmere holds a Master’s degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Western Michigan University.
