Emmanouil Skoufos is an accomplished enterprise architect with extensive experience in health informatics and information technology. Currently serving as the Lead Enterprise Architect at Mondelēz International since January 2020, Skoufos has previously held leadership positions, including Head of Enterprise Architecture and PMO at LifeScan, and Enterprise Architect at Bristol-Myers Squibb. Notable roles at Elsevier included Director of Information Architecture for Clinical Solutions and Health Information Technology Director. As Chief Information Officer at the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services, responsibilities encompassed Clinical & Health Informatics and IT management.
