Emmett Koen IV

Emmett Koen IV, M.S., currently serves as the Senior Director of Cyber Defense Operations and CISO for North America at Mondelēz International since April 2023. Previous positions include Incident Commander at Cisco Talos Intelligence Group and ISC2 @Work Instructor at (ISC)², where Emmett was an authorized instructor for CISSP and CCSP programs. Emmett has held various roles in cybersecurity, including Cyber Security Leader at EY and Research Engineer III at Cisco, focusing on threat intelligence and advanced threat protection. Experience also includes leading Intelligence Operations at Armor Defense and serving as a Signals Intelligence Analyst in the Texas Army National Guard. Emmett holds a Master of Science in Cyber Security and Information Assurance from Western Governors University and multiple degrees in cybersecurity and intelligence operations.
