Felix Lau has extensive experience in sales and marketing within the consumer goods sector, currently serving as Head of Traditional Trade and Head of Modern Trade at Mondelēz International since March 2015. In this role, Felix is accountable for the development and execution of the category commercial plan and has previously held positions such as Category Revenue Manager for Biscuits, Salty Snacks, and eCommerce, as well as Strategic Partnerships Manager, where the focus was on innovative market strategies and collaboration with non-competing brands. Prior to Mondelēz, Felix held various roles at Danone, including Regional Sales Manager and Distributor Development Manager, covering significant areas in Malaysia. Felix began the career in sales with Energizer as an Area Sales Representative. Felix holds a Bachelor's degree (Hons) in International Business Administration from Northumbria University.
