Fernando Puglie is a seasoned professional in the food industry with extensive experience in research and development, currently serving as Vice President of R&D Strategy & Portfolio Management at Mondelēz International since September 2011. Puglie has held various leadership roles within the company, including R&D Senior Director for Global Beverages, Gum, Candies, and Meals, and R&D Director for the Global Biscuit Product & Productivity Platform, where responsibilities included driving innovation and sustainability strategies.
