Ju Micali

Ju Micali currently serves as Finance Vice President for Mondelēz International in Brazil, a position held since August 2022. Previously, Ju was a Board Member at Syngenta Previ and spent over 17 years at Syngenta in various leadership roles, including CFO for Latin America and Spain & Portugal. With extensive experience in finance, strategy development, and commercial excellence across multiple regions, Ju has successfully managed projects with significant revenue scopes and led financial teams through challenging economic landscapes.
