Ken Sparkman

Ken Sparkman is a seasoned sustainability and environmental compliance leader with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Supply Chain Sustainability at Mondelēz International, Sparkman has previously held senior roles at Tenet Healthcare, Microsoft, IBM, and Apple, where significant initiatives included managing complex environmental programs and compliance measures. Notable achievements include implementing ISO 14001 standards and navigating environmental challenges within high-profile companies. Sparkman's career also features a co-founding role at Bio-Defense Research Group, Inc., and an industrial hygienist position with the City and County of San Francisco. Sparkman holds a Master’s degree in Hazardous Materials Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Jackson State University.
