Ken Tham is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as Principal Scientist at Mondelēz International since 2008, focusing on product and process development for the Biscuit category in the Asia Pacific region. In addition, Ken has held the role of Senior Associate Principal Scientist since May 2012, providing technical coaching and mentorship in Biscuit process technology.
