Lynn Gilliam is a seasoned professional in regulatory affairs and product development with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as a Sr. Group Leader in Regulatory Affairs for Confectionary NA at Mondelēz International since January 2023, Lynn has held various managerial and specialist roles at companies including Beyond Meat, Conagra Brands, and Starbucks. Lynn's expertise includes regulatory compliance, vendor onboarding, food labeling, and product commercialization. Lynn began the career as a Pharmacy Technician at Swedish American Hospital and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry from Rockford University.
