Nikhar Shah

Nikhar Shah has extensive experience in internal controls and advisory services, currently serving as the Global ESG Internal Controls Lead and previously as the Global RTR Internal Controls Lead and Global IA Manager at Mondelēz International since January 2017. Prior to Mondelēz International, Nikhar held the position of Principal - Business Consulting at Infosys, where responsibilities included leading a process digitization project for a major logistics provider and managing client relationships in the FMCG and retail sectors. Nikhar's earlier experience at EY involved various roles in advisory services for retail and consumer products, emphasizing sales, delivery, and client management. Additional experience includes consulting roles at Protiviti and an internship at PricewaterhouseCoopers focused on financial advisory, as well as an internship at Tata Motors. Nikhar holds an MBA in Finance from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a B Tech in Mechanical from Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur.
