Rafa Boix

Rafa Boix has over 15 years of experience in supply chain management, primarily with Mondelēz International since July 2008, where Rafa currently serves as Contract Manufacturing Lead for Europe, overseeing a substantial portfolio and leading a team of sourcing managers. Previous roles at Mondelēz include Category Manager for Logistics EU and Procurement Manager for Packaging in the UK & Ireland, with responsibilities encompassing sourcing strategy, team management, and customer relationship management. Prior experience at Danone involved various supply chain roles, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of business needs, processes, and optimizing service at competitive costs. Rafa holds an MBA in Strategy from Duke University and an MBA (Part-time) from Esade, alongside an Ingeniero Industrial degree from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
