Situn Misra

Situn Misra is an accomplished professional in the field of food technology with over 17 years of experience in research and development. Currently serving as the AMEA Beverages and Meals R&D Lead at Mondelēz International since December 2010, Situn has held several pivotal roles, including Open Innovation Lead and Senior Scientist for the Global Chocolate Category team. Notable achievements include leading product development initiatives for the Tang brand, overseeing regional cost rationalization projects, and driving significant efficiency improvements. Prior to Mondelēz, Situn was the Deputy Manager of Product Development at GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare, where key contributions included launching new biscuit products within the Horlicks portfolio. Situn holds a Master’s degree in Food Technology from the Central Food Technological Research Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology from Delhi University.
