Stephen McCullough is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and strategic planning across major consumer goods companies. Currently serving as the Finance Senior Director for Operational Excellence at Mondelēz International, Stephen leads cross-functional value creation projects and oversees the North American Finance lead for S4Hana implementation. Previously, as Finance Senior Director for North American Confection, Stephen managed a $1.5 billion business unit, coordinating strategic and annual planning across multiple countries and categories. With earlier roles at The Kraft Heinz Company, Cadbury Adams, Cadbury plc., Nestlé, and A. Uzzo & Company, Stephen has consistently contributed to financial planning, reporting, and decision support. Stephen holds an MBA in Marketing and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Iona University.
