Syeda Khadija Khan

Syeda Khadija Khan is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent management and employee engagement. Currently serving as Talent Lead for MENAP and People Lead for Pakistan at Mondelēz International since June 2022, Syeda previously held several roles at Pfizer from July 2019 to June 2022, including Manager of People Experience, where Syeda focused on colleague communications and enhancing employee satisfaction. Additionally, Syeda was an HR Business Partner, overseeing talent acquisition and aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Prior experience includes leadership roles at GSK, managing HR total rewards and operations across Pakistan, Iran, and the GCC, as well as a position as a Human Resources Intern at Novo Nordisk A/S. Syeda holds an MBA in Human Resources and a BBA (Hons) in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Business Management.
