Todd Hill

Todd Hill has extensive experience in talent acquisition and attraction, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Mondelēz International. Previously, Todd held the position of Senior Director of Talent Attraction and Campus Programs at Cencora, as well as Senior Director of Talent Attraction and Emerging Talent Programs. Additionally, Todd has contributed to the Talent Marketing Board as Board Chair and served as a Board Member for both TALK and Ascend Indiana. Todd holds two Bachelor's degrees from the University of Indianapolis in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance and Computer Information Systems.
