Usama Majeed

Usama Majeed is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate affairs and public policy. Currently serving as Country Lead for Corporate and Government Affairs at Mondelēz International since May 2022, Usama is responsible for advancing the public policy agenda in Pakistan and driving sustainability initiatives. Prior to this role, Usama held the position of Senior Manager for Corporate Affairs & External Communication at METRO AG, where efforts were focused on public policy strategies and CSR initiatives supporting education and environmental conservation. Usama's earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Telenor, where advocacy and regulatory navigation were key responsibilities, coupled with leadership in commercial affairs to drive B2B growth. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Public Policy and Governance from Forman Christian College and a Bachelor’s in Commerce (Hons) from the University of the Punjab.
