Nikolay Doroshenko

Nikolay Doroshenko currently serves as the Manager of Group Energy & Recovery Technology at Mondi Group since October 2024. Prior to this role, Nikolay held multiple senior positions at Valmet from April 2014 to November 2024, including Senior Manager for Business Development in Energy, Recovery, and Environmental sectors across the EMEA region. Previous experience includes directorial roles at Metso, focusing on business development and operations in Russia and CIS from August 2000 to April 2014, and a position as Sales Engineer at Honeywell from October 1998 to September 2000. Early career involvement includes a technical role as a Power Generation Technician at Gazprom from August 1996 to September 1997. Nikolay completed a Master of Engineering in Physics, specializing in thermal and nuclear power plants, at the Moscow Power Engineering Institute and earned an MBA in Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship from the Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics.
