Laura Rich

Laura Rich has diverse experience in project and product management roles. Laura is currently the Director of Product at Mondo Robot since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Managing Director and Head of Production at Codelab303 from 2020 to 2022. From 2018 to 2022, they were the Owner and Founder of Fruition Agent, LLC, where they provided project and product management consulting services. Laura also held various positions at IMM - Ideas Made Measurable, including Sr. Director of Business Operations, Director of Production, Associate Director of Production, and Project Manager from 2014 to 2018. Laura has worked as the Global Digital Producer for adidas Originals at adidas group in 2013. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Interactive Producer at Cactus Marketing Communications in 2012, as a Producer at Sarkissian Mason in 2011, as a Digital Producer at Wardenclyffe Project in 2010, and as a Production and Sales Assistant at Jan Rich International in 2010. Laura also worked as a Freelance Project Manager at Morris Fine Furniture Workshops D.B.A. Walter P. Sauer in 2010.

Laura Rich earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business from 2005 to 2008. Laura also holds a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in 2017.
