Matthew Szkaradnik

Matthew Szkaradnik is an experienced technical recruiter currently serving as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Mondo since January 2021, having progressed through roles as a Technical Recruiter and Associate Technical Recruiter within the same company. Prior to Mondo, Matthew worked as an Insurance Agent at Bankers Life from October 2019 to December 2020. Earlier experience includes serving as a New Student Orientation Leader at Rutgers University. Matthew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Rutgers University, earned between 2012 and 2016.
