Tsz Kiu Cheng

Tsz Kiu (Liz) CHENG is an experienced professional in human resources and people enablement, currently serving as an Associate People Enablement Partner in a remote capacity since January 2022. Previously, Tsz Kiu held the role of Human Resources Business Partner at Mercari, Inc., where responsibilities included collaborating with C-suite executives to align organizational values and culture, as well as founding a cross-divisional Diversity & Inclusion Team. Tsz Kiu also led global graduate recruitment as the first non-Japanese corporate member at Mercari, witnessing significant company growth. Earlier experience includes serving as a Global Personnel Officer at Toray Industries, where Tsz Kiu managed international recruitment and training, and as a Procurement Officer at Toshiba, achieving substantial cost reductions. Tsz Kiu holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, with additional studies at Waseda University, University of Waterloo, Sungkonghoe University, and University of California, Berkeley.
