Julia Hitzbleck

Julia Hitzbleck has a diverse work experience spanning academia, innovation consulting, and entrepreneurship. Julia is currently the CEO of Mondosano, a position they assumed in July 2021. Prior to this, they founded HI10x Innovation & Transformation GmbH in March 2021. In 2019, they co-founded AcceleRed.

Julia has also worked at Bayer, where they held various roles from 2013 to 2021. Julia'sresponsibilities at Bayer included driving intrapreneurship and corporate innovation as the Head of LifeHub Berlin / Corporate Innovation Berlin. Julia also served as the Director of Innovation Strategy, where they were involved in strategy consulting, project leadership, and innovation training. Before these roles, they worked in corporate development and innovation at Bayer MaterialScience.

Earlier in their career, Julia worked at RWTH Aachen University as a Postdoctoral Researcher and at Syracuse University as a Research and Teaching Associate. Julia also worked as a Research Fellow at Monash University.
