Alex Pierce

Alex Pierce has a diverse work experience in the IT field. They have held multiple roles in various companies, starting with their current position as the Head of IT and SaaS Implementation at Mondra. In this role, Alex is responsible for administering the company's cloud technologies, digital security, and compliance. They have built and maintained Mondra's Azure and M365 environments, implementing security features and migrating DevOps organizations.

Prior to joining Mondra, Alex served as the Head of Information Technology at Mondra and as a Cloud and Operations Consultant. They also worked at ProArch as the Head of UK Operations, managing a team that supported on-prem digital infrastructure and Azure cloud infrastructure. Alex worked closely with cyber security teams and internal SOC to strengthen and maintain ISO27001 compliance accreditation.

Before their tenure at ProArch, Alex worked at Oakford Technology Ltd as an Implementation Specialist and a Network Support Engineer. In these roles, they engaged with clients to discuss their system requirements and implemented network solutions tailored to their specifications. They also provided support for school networks and end-user devices, specializing in cloud solutions and the administration of Microsoft Office 365. Alex received training in iOS and MacOS deployments using MDMs and deployment systems such as Apple's Profile Manager, Apple Configurator 2, and Cisco's Meraki.

Additionally, Alex has volunteered as a Global Volunteer at Yashoda Foundation.

Alex Pierce attended Prior Park College from 1997 to 2003 and obtained 3 A2 Levels and 4 AS Levels in Design Technology, Biology, Physical Education, and Business Studies (AS). In terms of additional certifications, Alex obtained the following:
