Shoumeet Biswas

Shoumeet Biswas is an experienced LCA Analyst with a background in food technology and chemical engineering. Currently serving as an Associate LCA Analyst at Mondra since November 2021, Shoumeet focuses on aligning data methodologies with global reporting standards and auditing these implementations through sensitivity analyses. Previous roles include LCA Researcher, where research on agri-food chains and eco-impact quantification was conducted, and Research and Development Executive at Le 15 Patisserie Pvt. Ltd., managing product lifecycles for multiple bakery items. Earlier experiences include internships related to food innovation and environmental research, particularly in reducing contamination from nuclear effluents. Shoumeet holds a Master of Science in Food Technology from Wageningen University & Research and is pursuing a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Management at XLRI Jamshedpur.
