Maaz Milfer

Maaz Milfer is a researcher at Mondrian Alpha since October 2024, with a substantial background in hedge funds and proprietary trading acquired during the tenure at Venture Search from August 2022 to October 2024, where roles included Principal and Senior Consultant. Prior experience includes a position as a Quantitative Research & Trading Consultant at Selby Jennings from September 2021 to July 2022 and various roles within the Hong Kong Police Force from June 2020 to September 2021, focusing on community relations and operational activities. Maaz holds a Master of Arts from The University of Hong Kong, where a full scholarship was awarded, a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics from Loughborough University, and an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Island School. Additional language skills were developed through a non-degree program in Cantonese and Mandarin at City University of Hong Kong.
