Fu Xian Yiap

Fu Xian Yiap, also known as Sean, currently serves as the Assistant Director and Tech Risk Supervisor at the Monetary Authority of Singapore since September 2025. Previously, Sean held the position of Information Technology Risk Manager at Etiqa Insurance Singapore from January 2023 to September 2025, and prior to that, worked as a Senior Executive at Etiqa Insurance and Takaful from October 2020 to January 2023. Sean's career also includes experience as a Senior Cyber Security Consultant at EY from June 2018 to September 2020 and as an Information Security Consultant at DHL IT Services from July 2016 to May 2018, where the role also included a Graduate Trainee position. Sean completed education at Taylor's University from 2013 to 2016.
