Luca Bergero is the Head of Program Delivery at Moneyfarm, responsible for leading the Product and Tech teams, ensuring strategic projects align with targets and objectives. With a background in Agile practices, Luca has also served as an Agile Chapter Lead at Banca Sella and an Agile Coach at Agile Reloaded, promoting continuous improvement and organizational transformation. Prior roles include a Technical Product Owner at ARCA Worldwide and a Team Leader at CTS Cashpro S.p.A. Luca holds a Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering and music therapy.
