A.j. Simon

A.J. Simon has a diverse work experience in the field of user experience and innovation. Starting from 2011, Simon worked at Humana as a Mobile UX/UI Expert and Strategic Mobile Lead until 2012. Simon then co-founded Thunderfuel, CrowdwiseTV LLC and served as a Partner. In 2012, Simon worked as a Principal Digital Consultant at Ingage Partners, LLC. From 2013 to 2015, Simon was the UX/UI Design Lead and Manager at Verizon. Simon joined Viverae in 2015, first as Director of UX and later as Associate Vice President of UX. From 2017 to 2019, Simon held the role of Senior Vice President of Product and Innovation at SimplyWell. Simon also served as a Southern Methodist University DIGITAL ACCELERATOR™ Advisory Board Member from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, Simon joined Robert Half as the Director of Digital Experience | Managed Creative Solutions. Simon was a Digital Customer Experience Advisory Board Member at the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Simon is the Head of User Experience & Innovation at MoneyGram International, starting in 2022.

A.J. Simon attended Newport Catholic from 1991 to 1995. Following that, they pursued a degree in Art Studio with a focus on Graphic Design at the University of Kentucky from 1995 to 2000.
