Jordan Cooper has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. In 2011, they were a Holiday Sales Associate (seasonal) at Foot Locker EMEA. In 2013, they were a Supervisor at EE, a Manager/Supervisor/Associate at Shell, and a Supervisor at Clintons (AG Retail). In 2014, they were a Sales Assistant, Delivery & Forklift Driver at Johnson's Leisure and a Computer Specialist at Currys plc. In 2016, they completed a Work Placement at CGI GIS, where they built a full cloud stack via Azure and investigated the exponential increase in the use of cloud in business. In 2017, they were a Software Developer & Data Protection Officer at Kappu. In 2018, they were a Software Developer at Nimble, making elearning easy. Since 2020, they have been a Product Consultant/Solutions Architect, Tech Lead/Software Development Team Lead, and Software Engineer at Moneyhub.

Jordan Cooper attended Canterbury Christ Church University from 2014 to 2017, where they earned a Foundation degree in Computing in 2016 and a BSc Hons Computing in Computer Science in 2017.
