Simon Ripton

Simon Ripton MBA has held a variety of roles in the finance industry since 2006. In that year, they began working at Alliance and Leicester International as the Sales & Marketing Manager, before taking on the role of Acting, Joint, Managing Director in 2009. Simon then moved to Conister Bank Limited, where they were Head of Sales & Marketing from 2009 to 2010. In 2010, they began working at Standard Bank, Personal & Business Banking International as Head of Banking Products and Head of Savings Products. From 2015 to 2020, they worked at Ikano Bank in various roles, including UK Head of D2C, Head of D2C & CRM, and UK Director of Partners & D2C. Since 2021, they have been working at Moneyhub Enterprise as Proposition Development Manager.

Simon Ripton MBA has an extensive educational background, beginning with a LLB Business Law from Coventry University from 1991 to 1994. Simon then pursued a CiM Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from 2001 to 2003, followed by a Certificate in Digital Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing in 2009. Most recently, they completed an Executive MBA from Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University in 2020.
