Currently at Xepelin, Alicia serves as the Sr. Executive Assistant to the Co-Founders, Executive Chairman, and CEO, playing a crucial role in supporting the operations of a leading Latin American fintech company catering to small and medium-sized businesses in Mexico and Chile. Prior to Xepelin, Alicia has demonstrated their skills in managing administrative tasks and providing support to top executives in the energy, real estate, investment banking, and technology sectors.
