Lee Ann Ho

Lee Ann Ho is currently a People Ops Analyst at MoneyLion, having started in July 2022. Prior to this role, Lee Ann worked as a Regional Sourcing Specialist at Philips from March 2021 to July 2022, where responsibilities included developing an automated survey tool for supplier evaluation and executing sourcing strategies to achieve cost reductions. Experience also includes a position as a PM Purchasing Researcher at Top Glove, focusing on vendor management and the implementation of procurement policies. Lee Ann was recognized as a national finalist in the Unilever Future Leaders' League Malaysia 2018, contributing to a marketing campaign for the Cornetto brand. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics & International Economics from the University of Nottingham Malaysia and participation in a Korean Language Program at Yonsei University, complemented by A-Levels from Methodist College Kuala Lumpur and early education at Methodist Girls' School, Ipoh.
