Sandy Landrigan has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They are currently the Director of Customer Success at Moneypenny since November 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of VP Customer Success and Integration at PKWARE starting from July 2021. They also worked at ControlScan for a significant duration from April 2013 to August 2021, where they first served as a Sr Manager of Business Operations & Support and later as the Director of Customer Success & Support.
Before joining ControlScan, Sandy was the Manager of Customer Service at Satair from November 2009 to September 2012. They gained valuable managerial experience at Tatum from July 2007 to September 2009 as the Manager of Client Administration, reporting directly to the COO of the firm.
Sandy's earlier roles include serving as a Client Service professional at Deloitte from 2005 to 2007 and at Ernst & Young from 1998 to 2006. At Ernst & Young, they took on the responsibility of developing and implementing processes and procedures for best practices across the US, managing more than 30 clients and ensuring client service was maintained throughout various levels of the organization.
Sandy Landrigan attended Georgia State University from 2002 to 2007, where they received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Journalism.
