MoneySmart Group is South East Asia's leading personal financial portal helping consumers compare loans, insurance, and credit cards. MoneySmart was founded in 2009 with the simple aim to help consumers make better financial decisions.

As we continue to launch new business innovations and expand our business lines within the region, we are seeking for a Key Account Manager to join our Singapore commercial team.

Mission 

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in increasing MoneySmart's marketplace revenue by actively seeking partnership opportunities and devising innovative commercial solutions for existing partners. They will champion MoneySmart as a valued partner and act in the best interests of MoneySmart, our customers, and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple bank partners and secure exclusive campaigns for MoneySmart
  • Optimise pricing and campaign strategies to enhance MoneySmart's overall gross profit margin
  • Clearly communicate monthly/quarterly initiatives, such as campaigns, to internal and external stakeholders and execute plans to drive performance
  • Collaborate closely with providers and staff to ensure accurate publication of product and market information on MoneySmart's website
  • Contribute to a positive customer journey on MarketPlace to boost customer satisfaction and return visits
  • Maximise cross-selling opportunities with MoneySmart end customers
  • Confidently handle key accounts within the Personal Loans and CASA / Wealth product verticals and day-to-day partner liaisons.
  • Independently manage MoneySmart exclusive and online promo campaigns, including incentive proposals, cross-departmental briefings, campaign launches, and performance tracking
  • Independently process internal and external data to accurately produce weekly P&L forecasts for monthly commercial performance
  • Diagnose performance issues/blockers and propose corrective measures 
  • Drive internal and external buy-ins from incentive campaigns to media sales 
  • Demonstrate proactive attitude through consistent follow-ups on work in progress, project initiatives, and revenue prospects 

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial / account management roles 
  • Experience in the online / digital industry / agencies, preferably in InsurTech / FinTech / banking / e-commerce (marketplace) environments, with a strong understanding of digital marketing, marketing funnels, and content marketing 
  • Possess high ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ideate, diagnose, and propose strategic and tactical solutions for improving performance / driving growth and scalability
