Dan Cowell

Dan Cowell has held a variety of roles in the software engineering industry since 2010. In 2010, they were an IT Support & Software Developer for Radio Systems Australia. In 2012, they joined Cloud Coders Pty Ltd as a Software Developer, where they were responsible for integrating content management and ecommerce systems with enterprise ERP & CRM software and developing custom web applications and data processing software. In 2015, they became the Director of Web Artisans Pty Ltd. In 2017, they took on the role of Chief Technology Officer at Leflair Vietnam, where they managed and implemented comprehensive devops processes and procedures, cloud infrastructure and service-oriented architecture. Dan also implemented highly-available multi-region Kubernetes deployments and continuous-deployment practices, as well as migrated legacy AngularJS and Angular 2. In 2018, they became Head of Front End at Quoine, leading an international, multi-cultural team building and maintaining a leading cryptocurrency exchange. Dan implemented agile software development methodology to improve delivery and promoted cross-functional teams within the organization. Dan also designed and deployed client-side messaging hub, deduplicating websocket subscriptions and drastically decreasing load on backend infrastructure. In the same year, they were also Chief Technology Officer at KYC-Chain. In 2020, they joined \u30de\u30cd\u30fc\u30c4\u30ea\u30fc\u30fbMoneytree, where they held both the roles of Director of Software Engineering and Software Engineering Manager.

Dan Cowell attended QANTM College from 2009 to 2010, where they studied Computer Games and Programming Skills.
