Arijit Mohanty

Arijit Mohanty has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles.

Starting in 2014, they worked as a Summer Intern at CTRAN Consulting Pvt Ltd, where they focused on a project in Agribusiness.

In 2015, Arijit joined IBM as a Business Development Representative, responsible for generating opportunities for clients and providing end-to-end client experience. Arijit later transitioned to the role of Business Manager, Commercial, North, focusing on establishing strong relationships with IBM's Commercial client set and driving consultative selling.

Since 2020, Arijit has been working at MongoDB. Arijit started as a Corporate Account Executive and progressed to the role of Senior Corporate Account Executive. Currently, they serve as the Regional Director, Corporate Sales.

Throughout their career, Arijit has demonstrated skills in opportunity identification, developing business cases, and driving successful client engagement. Arijit has experience working with various sectors including Energy Management, Waste Management, Change Management, Sanitation, and Agribusiness. Additionally, they have a particular focus on the E-commerce and Start-up clients in the NCR region.

Arijit Mohanty completed their education in a chronological order. Arijit started in 2006 at Ravenshaw College, where they obtained a Council of Higher Secondary Education degree in Science. Arijit then went on to KIIT University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering. Arijit furthered their education at Xavier Institute of Management (XIM Bhubaneswar) from 2013 to 2015, where they completed a PGDM in Business Management with a focus on Marketing.

In addition to their formal education, Arijit has obtained several certifications. Some of these include the MongoDB Bootcamp certification from MongoDB in April 2020, the Technical Foundation for Sellers certification from IBM in October 2019, and the Offering Advisor for Cloud - Bronze certification from IBM in August 2019. Arijit has also earned certifications such as Offering Advisor for Cloud - Silver, Social Selling Digital Practitioner, Early Professional Seller, IBM Hybrid Cloud Top Gun, Certificate in Professional Digital Selling, and IBM Global Sales School from various institutions and organizations.
