Brianna Inoa's work experience includes various roles in HR and talent development. Brianna is currently a Senior Manager of Talent Development at MongoDB since February 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Away as a Senior Manager of People Partners from December 2019 to January 2021. Before that, they had multiple roles at Unilever, including HR Manager for Supply Chain, HR Manager for Ben & Jerry's, HR Business Partner for Supply Chain, HR Advisor for Marketing, and HR Change Management Specialist. Brianna also worked as a Talent Specialist at UPS from January 2014 to May 2015. Additionally, they had internships in Change Management/Organizational Development at Ketchum Change and Training and Development at Covidien.
Brianna Inoa has a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Montclair State University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, with a focus on General Business, from Quinnipiac University.
In addition to their degrees, Brianna has also pursued further education and obtained certifications. Brianna has completed a certification in Organization Design from Cornell University ILR School in March 2023.
