Devi Prasad

Devi Prasad has extensive experience in program management, consultation, system consolidations, E2E integrations, implementing processes, and improving customer success. They have worked as a Product Owner at MongoDB since May 2022, where they have delivered over 500 project releases across multiple domains and doubled ROI, customer success, user adoption, and product usage. Prior to MongoDB, Devi Prasad was a Product Owner at Wells Fargo from November 2013 to May 2022, where they doubled ROI, increased the number of users and depth of use of the Commercial Real Estate product. They were also responsible for customizing Salesforce products through backlog management, release planning, and customer feedback. Before Wells Fargo, Devi Prasad held roles as a Senior Business Analyst at Infinite Computer Solutions from May 2012 to October 2013 and at Wipro Technologies from October 2005 to February 2012.

Devi Prasad has a strong educational background in computer science. They obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from the University of Madras in 2002. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Science from the same university, which they completed in 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Devi Prasad has also obtained several certifications. They earned a Salesforce Admin certification from Salesforce in January 2017. Furthermore, in July 2021, they obtained both the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certifications from Scrum Alliance.
